. . . it is a form of communication that helps us to improve our social interaction. Dance is also a fun way to celebrate musical genres from the past and present and also pass on the history that accompanies movement and music.
There is also a deeper reason why I love to share dance, movement and exercise. It keeps us mentally and physically healthy and weather we are participating or watching, dance arouses emotions and is thoroughly entertaining.
